Cancellation Policy

Rental Fees: • Hourly Rate: $75 per hour (minimum 2 hours) • Half-Day Rental (4hrs): $175 • Full-Day Rental (8hrs): $350 • Setup(Early Access): $50 • Security Deposit: $125 (Refundable within 7 days if no damages) ---- Payment Terms: • 50% deposit due at booking to reserve the date. • Balance due no later than 14 days before the event. • Payments accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, Cash App. ---- Cancellation Policy: • Deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellations within 14 days of the event: 50% refund of balance paid. • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours: No refund. ---- Terms of Use: • No smoking inside the venue. • Alcohol permitted with prior approval and insurance. • Renter responsible for all event setup, , cleanup, and trash disposal unless add-on services are purchased. • Owner is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages caused by the Renter or guests. ---- Indemnification: • Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Suite 350 from all claims arising out of Renter’s use of the premises. ---- Photo/Video Consent: • Owner may photograph the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. ---- By booking this service, you agree to the terms as stated above.
